1. Served chilled: Thaw the sweet potato fries then serve.
2. Serve hot: Thaw the sweet potatos and then oven bake 130 - 150°C or microwave oven for 3-5 minutes.
Can be served with coffee or tea.
3. Fried: Place the Sweet Potato Fries and fry for approximately 6-8 minutes at 170°C until become golden brown and serve.
